No-Code AI Automation Developer — WhatsApp, Instagram, Make/n8n & OpenAI

We are Solira, an AI automation agency based in Dubai, specialized in aesthetic clinics and beauty centers. We are looking for a no-code / AI automation developer to help us build and maintain client systems on a long-term basis. The goal is to automate the patient journey across WhatsApp, Instagram DM, calendars, CRMs, and internal tools. Main automations include: * Qualifying incoming leads from WhatsApp and Instagram * Booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments * Sending reminders to reduce no-shows * Managing cancelled slots and waiting lists * Sending post-treatment follow-ups * Requesting Google reviews * Reactivating inactive patients Preferred stack: * Make.com or n8n * WhatsApp Business API / Meta Cloud API / Twilio * Instagram / Meta Graph API * OpenAI API * Webhooks, REST APIs, JSON * Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or CRM tools We are looking for someone autonomous, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to document workflows clearly. This will start with a paid test project, with the possibility of ongoing collaboration for future client implementations and maintenance.
