AI Coding Expert to Finish Telecom Project

I am building three pieces of software using Google's Antigravity. Each of them is approximately 80% complete but I need help installing them onto a server and getting them completely "live" Then I need that person to stay on as a full-time or part-time employee who will manage and monitor these softwares, as they will be used heavily each day and will most likely run into issues. Please understand that this will be AI-Coding for 95% of everything, so I do not want to pay hourly wages to someone who is slowly and manually coding by hand. I expect this project to be done at an extremely fast pace, however I am not opposed to paying bonuses or paying very well on an ongoing, permanent basis. I will provide the architecture of the software during the interview process for your review. It is telecom-related software.
