Cold Caller – Business Development Support (Part-Time, Remote)

We're hiring a part-time cold caller to support outreach for a growing B2B operation. You'll be responsible for initiating conversations with business owners from scratch — no warm leads, no inbound handoffs. Just clean cold outreach done well. The role: 3–4 hours per day, fully remote, working independently against a daily call target. You'll open cold conversations, qualify interest, and move prospects to a next step. Scripts and target lists are provided — execution is on you. You'll thrive here if you: Have done real cold calling before (not lead follow-up, not inbound) Can get past gatekeepers and hold a conversation past the first objection Are comfortable working autonomously with minimal management Keep clean notes and hit your numbers without being chased OTE: $1,000–$1,500/month based on hours worked and consistency.
