Cold Caller & Lead Generator – Commercial Cleaning (4 Hours/Day) We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cold Caller & Lead Generator to help grow our commercial cleaning business. Hours: 4 hours per day total. This includes lead generation, research, calling and follow-ups. Responsibilities: Research and generate your own leads online. Find businesses in our target areas. Cold call business owners, office managers and decision makers. Introduce our services and book site visits/appointments. Follow up interested prospects. Maintain a simple list of leads contacted and appointments booked. Target Areas: Gold Coast and Brisbane(Queensland) Target Businesses: Offices Warehouses Medical Centres Childcare Centres Gyms Childcare Centres Workshops Transport & Logistics Companies Showrooms Expected Activity: Up to 1 hour per day on lead generation and research. Majority of time spent making calls. Aim for 50–80 calls per day. Goal of 4–6 qualified appointments per week. Requirements: Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience. Able to generate leads independently. Good spoken English. Confident speaking with business owners and managers. Organized and self-motivated. What We Offer: Hourly pay.
