Cold Caller Needed for AI Voice Agent Agency Selling to US Realtors

We run an AI automation agency helping realtors in the US respond faster to leads and avoid missed opportunities. We offer two main solutions: 1. Inbound AI Receptionist - answers missed calls, captures caller details, and books appointments. 2. Speed-to-Lead AI Agent - instantly calls new leads when they submit a form through Realtor.com, Zillow, websites, Facebook ads, or other lead sources. We already have the leads, dialer system, and outreach process ready. We are looking for a confident cold caller who can call US realtors, create interest, qualify them, identify whether they have missed-call or slow-follow-up problems, and book qualified demo calls with our team. This is not just a script-reading role. We need someone who can have real conversations, handle objections, ask good questions, and make the realtor curious enough to take a demo. Responsibilities: * Call US realtors using our dialer * Follow the cold call script while sounding natural * Qualify prospects based on missed calls, lead follow-up speed, and current lead handling process * Handle basic objections * Book qualified demo calls on our calendar * Add clear notes after each call * Report daily activity and outcomes Requirements: * Strong spoken English * Neutral or North American-friendly accent * Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or sales calls * Experience calling real estate agents, local businesses, or B2B prospects is a strong plus * Ability to think beyond the script * Comfortable working US business hours * Reliable internet and quiet calling environment Ideal candidate: You have experience booking appointments from cold calls and know how to keep a conversation going when the prospect says “not interested,” “send me info,” or “I’m busy.” To apply, please include: 1.
