Build and manage campaigns in Instantly.ai Write and optimize cold email sequences (high reply rates) Segment and clean lead lists (trade shows, inbound, etc.) A/B test subject lines, messaging, and offers Manage inbox rotation, sending limits, and warm-up Deliverability & Infrastructure Set up and manage domains + inboxes Ensure high deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming) Monitor spam rates, domain health, and sender reputation Optimize open rates and inbox placement Build automated follow-up sequences Improve response handling and reply conversion Support email marketing to existing customers (upsell/cross-sell campaigns)
