I need a solicitor to help me with my nil duty commercial lease assignment with no business being sold. We only need commercial lease title transfer. The task involves ensuring the lease transfer is done correctly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lease assignments and be able to provide legal advice to ensure a smooth process. We need you to be able to log into the QRO to stamp the form and then lodge with the Titles Office to transfer lease from Assignor to Assignee. Ive been told this is a quick and easy job but needs to be done by a solicitor in Australia.
