Commercial Security Documentation & Shop Drawing Specialist

We are an Australian-based electronic security company seeking an experienced documentation specialist to help develop a professional documentation package for commercial construction and private tender projects. The objective is to create reusable templates and documentation that can be used across future projects. Scope Assist in developing: Shop Drawing Templates As-Built Drawing Templates CCTV, Access Control, Alarm and Intercom Documentation Security Device Schedules Door Schedules Camera Schedules Cable Schedules Labelling Schedules Testing & Commissioning Templates O&M Manual Templates Practical Completion Documentation Defects Liability Documentation Deliverables Drawing title blocks and revision schedules Drawing legends and symbol libraries Security schedules and registers O&M Manual templates Commissioning and handover documentation Documentation standards and best-practice recommendations Preferred Experience Electronic Security Systems CCTV Access Control Commercial Construction Documentation Shop Drawings As-Built Drawings Building Services Documentation Experience with Australian construction projects is highly desirable. Software AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Please provide examples of shop drawings, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, schedules, commissioning documents, or commercial construction documentation you have personally prepared. This project may lead to ongoing work assisting with tender documentation and project delivery support.
