Hi! I’m Stephanie, owner of Scrubs Galore Uniforms, a Cleveland-based medical uniform boutique celebrating 5 years in business. I’m looking for an experienced retail designer or visual merchandiser to help redesign my approximately 700 sq. ft. storefront. My goals are to maximize my existing space, improve customer flow, increase sales opportunities, and create a more elevated boutique shopping experience. I’m not looking for a full renovation. I’d like to use as many of my current fixtures as possible while making the store feel more intentional, stylish, and premium. I’m looking for someone who can provide: • A revised floor plan/layout • 2–3 visual renderings or mockups • Visual merchandising recommendations • Fixture placement ideas using existing fixtures when possible • Accessory display suggestions • Customer flow improvements • Ideas to increase impulse purchases and average order value Please share examples of previous work involving boutiques, apparel stores, visual merchandising, or small retail spaces.
