We're seeking a creative, culturally aware Community & Culture Lead to help tell our story, grow our community, and amplify our mission across social media and digital platforms. What You'll Do Develop and execute social media strategies that reflect our values and vision Create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Capture and share the energy of live events, gatherings, and community experiences Build meaningful engagement and foster genuine connections with our audience Help grow awareness of Connection Is Infinite while maintaining authenticity and purpose Stay informed on cultural trends and identify creative opportunities for growth Who You Are Passionate about music, art, culture, wellness, community, and human connection Experienced in social media management, content creation, and community building A strong storyteller with an eye for aesthetics and brand identity Comfortable creating content in dynamic event environments Self-motivated, collaborative, and excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up Someone who understands that community is more important than vanity metrics
