Summary

Looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a construction or trades background to manage books for a licensed commercial electrical contractor. Needs to handle AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliation, job costing by project, and monthly financial reporting including P&L and cash flow. Familiarity with QuickBooks and construction-specific accounting concepts like WIP schedules, retainage, and progress billing is important. Should be comfortable working independently and turning around monthly closes on a reliable schedule.
