Content Creation Assistant — Reels Editing & Social Media Support

@sassy_60style is a fashion and lifestyle account for women 60+, transitioning from interior design into full-time content creation. Looking for a part-time contractor to edit Reels and handle day-to-day social media support, following an existing content calendar, hook library, and caption templates — you won't be starting from a blank page. Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into finished Reels (cuts, pacing, captions/text overlays, trending audio) using Instagram's Edits app or CapCut Add on-screen hook text in the first 1-2 seconds per provided hook formulas Keep a consistent visual style across posts; export clean, watermark-free files Turn around each edit within 48 hours of receiving footage Schedule/publish posts per the content calendar; adapt captions from provided templates Monitor and reply to comments/DMs within 24 hours Track weekly performance and flag what's over/underperforming Requirements: proven short-form video editing experience (please share a sample reel), comfort with Instagram's Edits app and/or CapCut, strong sense of hook-first pacing, clear written communication. Time commitment: 6-10 hours/week, remote, ongoing.
