Content Creator

Rugtomize exists to help businesses transform their spaces into elevated branded experiences through fully custom rugs built around speed, quality, and customization. We're looking for a Content Creator who is excited about storytelling, social media, content production, and helping build a growing brand through creative execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, capturing real moments, producing short-form videos, and bringing products and customer experiences to life online. You’ll work directly with leadership, creative teams, and production teams to document and showcase what happens behind the scenes at Rugtomize. What You'll Do Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms Capture warehouse, production, and behind-the-scenes content Produce short-form videos, reels, stories, and rollout content Help create branded graphics and marketing assets Support influencer outreach and creator collaborations Engage with customers and collect user-generated content (UGC) Identify content opportunities and trends that align with the brand Assist with creative projects and campaigns as needed What We're Looking For Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and modern social media platforms Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software Strong visual storytelling and creative instincts Ability to capture and produce content quickly without sacrificing quality Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work on-site in Santa Ana, California Strong communication skills Bonus Points Experience growing social media accounts organically Experience creating content for brands, products, or e-commerce companies Photography or videography experience Experience working with influencers or creators Understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools Comfortable appearing on camera About Rugtomize We care deeply about: High Intelligence High Integrity High Energy Agency We're building a lean, high-performance team of people who take ownership, move quickly, solve problems proactively, and care deeply about execution. This is an on-site position based in Santa Ana, CA. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday from 8AM–4PM, with flexibility and occasional weekend availability depending on business needs.
