AI Content & Growth Operator/ Brand Strategist

PERSONAL BRAND CHIEF OF STAFF (AI CONTENT & GROWTH OPERATOR) Part-Time | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity 5-10h/ week The mission is building a global premium brand at the intersection of beauty and healthy aging, perfomance and science of beauty. This is not a traditional social media role. The objective is not simply to gain followers. The objective is to build a respected and recognized voice in the world on how humans age, heal, regenerate, and maintain beauty throughout life. We are building a long-term intellectual property asset, not a social media account. The right person will help transform expertise, ideas, clinical experience, and research into a world-class content engine. Its part time but if successful and with growth and expansion, the job can evolve. THE GOAL Over time, the brand should lead to: • Global authority and recognition • Speaking opportunities • Media appearances • Strategic partnerships • Premium business opportunities • Books, education, products, and future ventures RESPONSIBILITIES Content Operations • Transform one 30-minute weekly recording into 30-50 content assets • Edit short-form video content • Create subtitles and captions • Schedule content across platforms • Manage publishing workflows • Maintain content calendars AI & SYSTEMS • Build AI-assisted content workflows • Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion, Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, or similar • Continuously improve content systems and efficiency • Create repeatable operating procedures Platform Expertise Understand how content differs across: • LinkedIn • Instagram • TikTok • YouTube • X Repurposing the same content is NOT enough. Each platform requires a different strategy. Analytics & Growth • Track performance • Analyze audience behavior • Identify opportunities • Recommend improvements • Report key metrics REQUIRED SKILLS • Excellent English • Strong video editing skills • Strong AI tool knowledge • Experience building content systems • Understanding of analytics and audience growth • Ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail BONUS Experience working with: • Doctors • Healthcare professionals • Founders • Executives • Authors • Speakers • Luxury or premium brands APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Please submit: 1.
