Content Production Support for Social Media

I'm looking for a content designer/content production support to join my team on a weekly basis, turning scripts and content ideas (provided by me) into polished visual content — primarily educational carousels, statics, and stories. I'm a freelancer myself, currently supporting a cybersecurity client, and my workload has grown to the point where I need support in the content production process. Looking for someone who loves social media and wants to grow into a flexible, collaborative role — mostly design-focused, but occasionally helping with scripting, content ideas, or weekly planning too. This is hands-on and collaborative, with room to grow into a longer-term ongoing collaboration if it's a good fit. What you'll do: - Design educational carousel posts, static posts, and story content based on scripts/concepts I provide - Work from existing templates and past designs (provided as a starting point) - Continue building and expanding our template library over time — not just executing one-offs, but helping build reusable systems - Occasionally support with content ideas, captions, or weekly content planning - Work from existing brand and tone-of-voice guidelines (provided) - Collaborate flexibly week to week — content volume and focus may shift, so adaptability matters What I'm looking for: - Strong portfolio in Canva and Figma (please share examples of past work) - Comfort with or interest in tech/cybersecurity topics - Reliable, organized, flexible, communicative, comfortable with async collaboration (shared docs, occasional calls) - German language skills are a plus, not required - Available for consistent weekly collaboration Setup: - Freelance/contract basis - 3–5 hours per week I would like to start with a small paid trial task (one carousel design from a provided script) before any ongoing commitment Excited for hear from you! :)
