Content Publishing Manager (Short-Form Content) I’m looking for a reliable and highly organized Content Publishing Manager to manage the publishing and scheduling of my short-form content across multiple platforms. I already have editors who create all of the clips. Your job is not to edit videos—your responsibility is to ensure every finished clip is published correctly, on time, and to the appropriate platform. Responsibilities * Upload and schedule YouTube Shorts across multiple YouTube channels. * Upload and schedule TikTok videos. * Upload and schedule Instagram Reels using Meta Business Suite (which also publishes to Facebook). * Write engaging, clickable titles that accurately reflect the content. * Follow established publishing schedules for each channel and platform. * Keep track of what has been scheduled, published, and what is still waiting to be posted. * Ensure uploads are accurate, organized, and completed on time. Content You’ll Be Managing I run several content brands, including: * Gaming content * Livestream clips * Podcast clips Each content category has its own posting schedule and publishing cadence. You’ll be responsible for making sure every piece of content is posted consistently and according to that schedule. What I’m Looking For * Extremely organized and detail-oriented. * Excellent written English. * Experience publishing content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite. * Ability to write strong, engaging titles. * Reliable communication and strong time management. * Comfortable managing a high volume of short-form content each week. * Able to follow established workflows and maintain consistency. Nice to Have * Experience working with YouTubers, streamers, or content creators. * Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels best practices. * Understanding of what makes short-form content perform well.
