Help Build California's Next Generation Infrastructure Financing Program Remote | Contract | Long-Term Opportunity INSITE™ is developing an innovative public finance platform that helps finance residential development impact fees and public infrastructure using tax-exempt Mello-Roos (CFD) financing. We're looking for a talented Content Strategist & Visual Communications Designer to work directly with the founder to transform complex ideas into professional, easy-to-understand publications and marketing materials. What You'll Do Write and edit manuals, guides, and program documents Organize complex information into clear, logical content Design professional layouts, graphics, icons, and infographics Create process diagrams, flowcharts, and presentations Help establish the INSITE brand across all documents and marketing materials Collaborate on future website content and software interface concepts We're Looking For Someone Who Is an exceptional writer and editor Has strong graphic design and document layout skills Can simplify technical or complex topics Has experience creating polished reports, manuals, or presentations Is proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Microsoft Office, or similar tools Experience in real estate, public finance, engineering, construction, or government publications is a plus, but not required.
