Content strategist/editor to grow founder-led video channels (short-form + YouTube)

I run an email marketing company and we're trying to grow our video content — for the business and for a product we just built. I'm on camera comfortably, and so is one other person on my team. What we don't have is the time to run everything around that. I need someone to take it over so it actually keeps going. The biggest thing for me is ideas. I don't want to start from a blank page every week. Someone who can bring me hooks and prompts to record is worth a lot more to me than someone who only edits what I send. We'll throw in our own topics when something comes up, but I don't want to be the one generating all of it.
