Content writing from Abrasive Blasting & Coatings - Looking for an Projects Estimator

I'm looking for an Estimator to write some content for the industry. I'm not looking for someone who can write content but an Estimator who's been or in the industry that know practical advice. You don't have to write the content it's an expert advice and be a subject matter expert in developing some content projects. This is a long shot here on Upwork. Note, I am looking for a Estimator not a general content writer. Experience in:- Reviewing tender documents, scopes of work, specifications and drawings Reviewing drawings to calculate surface areas and establish MTOs Preparing accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, consumables, equipment and subcontractor requirements Building pricing schedules and supporting tender documentation Requesting, reviewing and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations Identifying exclusions, clarifications, risks and commercial considerations Understanding blast and paint methodology, including first-principles breakdown of job steps, plant and equipment requirements Supporting tender submissions and ensuring pricing is completed on time Assisting with tender handover information once work is awarded Maintaining estimating records, cost data and pricing information About you To be successful i, you will ideally have: 3 to 5 years estimating experience within industrial services, construction, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure or heavy industry Experience estimating paint and blast, protective coatings, scaffolding, access solutions or related industrial services works will be highly regarded Ability to review drawings, calculate surface areas and establish MTOs Ability to estimate quantities of materials, consumables and equipment requirements Knowledge of blast and paint processes, including job steps, relevant plant and equipment Strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of project costs Ability to read and interpret scopes, drawings and technical documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence working with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
