U.S. Contract Attorney for Short Services Agreement Review

I am seeking a U.S. contract attorney, preferably licensed in Florida, to review and revise a client services agreement for my boutique college admissions consulting business. The agreement is already drafted, and I am looking for legal review and revision rather than a contract written from scratch. The agreement is 2 pages long right now. I would like the agreement reviewed for enforceability, legal risks, ambiguities, omissions, and overall effectiveness. I am also interested in recommendations regarding payment and nonpayment provisions, termination provisions, limitation of liability and admissions-results disclaimers, governing law and venue provisions, and any other protections appropriate for a professional services business. In addition, I would like to have two versions of the agreement: one for hourly engagements and one for package-based engagements, while keeping the documents as streamlined and client-friendly as possible. My goal is to maintain an agreement that is professional, easy for families to understand, and appropriately protective of my business without being overly legalistic or intimidating.
