You'd be joining at the revenue-activation moment. My company sells exclusive-territory distressed-property leads to Florida contractors and investors, powered by AI agents that source, score, and reach out autonomously. We also route financing intent to lenders and move wholesale contracts. I'm hiring proven experience in ANY of these lanes: LANE A — CONTRACTOR LEAD SALES: you sold or managed sales/retention at HomeAdvisor, Angi, Networx, CraftJack, Modernize, Market Leader, or an agency selling to contractors. LANE B — INVESTMENT LENDING: you were a BDO/AE at a hard-money, DSCR, or private lender and know fee norms, lender appetite, and how referral relationships get signed. LANE C — WHOLESALING/DISPOSITION: you've closed 25+ assignments and can run dispo — or you're winding down and open to handing off your buyer list and process. LANE D — AI/AUTOMATION ASSETS: you've built prompts, cold-email sequences with reply data, or workflows for any lane above. Your own IP only — nothing proprietary to a former employer. THE ENGAGEMENT, IN FIXED-PRICE STAGES — bid your total for Stages 1+2 together: - Stage 1 — Knowledge sessions: 3-5 recorded consulting sessions covering the objections you heard daily and what beat them, pricing logic, churn patterns, fee structures. Delivered as recordings I own. - Stage 2 — Role-play corpus: 25-50 recorded calls where you play the toughest prospects you remember. Delivered as recordings plus a short written objection list, I own both. - Stage 3 (top candidates, separate engagement): shadow my live calls for two weeks (flat per-session rate you propose), then an ongoing seat — commission closer on an AI-fed pipeline with payment links minted on-call (no cold calling in this role), lending-lane partner on routed-loan fees, or dispo partner on assignment splits.
