Convert Artwork to Print-Ready Adobe Illustrator File (CMYK)

I'm looking for an experienced print designer/prepress designer to recreate an existing sign in Adobe Illustrator and prepare it for professional printing. I already have the completed artwork as a high-resolution reference image. I need it rebuilt as a clean, print-ready file. Requirements Recreate the attached artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) Convert everything to CMYK Prepare for professional print production Minimum 300 DPI Final document size should include bleed: Actual sign size: 7.87" × 9.80" Document size with bleed: 9.07" × 11.00" (Printer requested approximately 0.6" extra on each side) Ensure all artwork extends properly to the bleed Text should be recreated cleanly (not simply embedded as a raster image) Artwork should be organized into editable layers where practical Deliverables Adobe Illustrator (.AI) Print-ready PDF Fonts outlined (or fonts included if licensing permits) Linked assets embedded CMYK color mode Ready to send directly to the printer Important This is not a logo design project. I'm looking for someone experienced with print production and preparing artwork for large-format printing. This is going on a vinyl decal. This should be a relatively straightforward project for someone familiar with Illustrator and print production.
