Convert document to a doc.x / PDF

Hello, I recently created the attached one-page marketing piece using Claude. Unfortunately, it doesn't export properly to PDF, so I'd like it recreated as a fully editable Microsoft Word (.docx) document. If that's not feasible, an editable Adobe format would also work, but .docx is my strong preference. The recreated document should match the original - including the layout, formatting, colors, fonts, spacing, and overall design. It's important that all text, images, and design elements remain fully editable, as I plan to update the contact information and replace the headshot at the bottom for other employees at my company while keeping the rest of the design consistent.
