Corel Draw expert who can fix the typesetting of a 27 page manual

Summary

I have typed the manual on Corel Draw and included the necessary, layout, text and images. We want someone who can take the corel draw file and improve the overall look of the manual to make it look more professional. Currently it looks more like a 5th grade student did it. We would then require it returned in Corel format so we can make our own changes when necessary in the future. This is not a difficult task for a skilled designer and should not take longer than 3-5 hours.
