Summary

I recently purchased a property as a short term rental. I would like someone to work with me, and based off of some initial design board ideas, put together a theme for the house, layout and furnishing ideas for each of the rooms, and a shopping list of potential furniture and furnishings for the home. I put in an hourly rate, but can set this up as a fixed rate as well.
