Create a brand new review platform website using code only. The site should be a copy of a similar existing platform but with our own unique version. The project has a budget of $2000 and needs to be completed within 1 month. Previous person failed to live up to our high standards of integrity. You need excellent english. $2000 for first payment on site fully functional and delivered and then $500 per month for 30 hrs a month ongoing work.
