Summary

Create a work order system using a database, data entry form, and generate reports. Our office staff will input information on a daily basis. We will need to run reports based on entries in certain fields. Once the system is set up I do not anticipate needing further help however if we have issues or are uncertain how to run reports it would be helpful to make contact again. Refer to attachment for specific details.
