AI Creative Designer – Supplements Brand (Full-Time | Remote)

Who We Are We're a 7-figure supplements brand in the US market — and we're on track to hit 8 figures. The reason? We're building a new AI-powered creative process from the ground up, and we're looking for the right person to be at the center of it. We run high-volume paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, and every asset we put out has one job: sell. The Role We're looking for a full-time AI Creative Designer who lives at the intersection of direct-response marketing and cutting-edge AI generation tools. You'll own the entire creative production pipeline — from concept to final asset — for both static image ads and AI-generated video content (B-rolls, UGC-style clips, motion sequences). This is not a graphic design job. This is a performance creative role. Your work will be judged by one metric: does it convert cold traffic? What You'll Do Create high-converting static image ads using AI generation tools (Midjourney, Reve, Flux, Firefly, or equivalent) Produce AI-generated video content: B-rolls, lifestyle clips, UGC-style formats, cartoon formats — fully AI-generated Write direct-response copy that lives on the creative: hooks, headlines, CTAs Develop new ad angles and concepts consistently — not just variations, but fresh ideas Build multiple creative variations for systematic A/B testing Iterate fast on winning concepts with our team Bring deep knowledge of the supplements/wellness space into every brief — you know what converts in this niche, and it shows Requirements Proven experience creating AI-generated image and video ads for ecommerce brands Strong direct-response copywriting skills in English Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok ad formats and what stops the scroll Experience in the supplements, health, or wellness vertical — this is non-negotiable Mastery of at least 2–3 AI generation tools across both image and video Ability to produce multiple high-quality assets per week Understanding of ecommerce conversion psychology and cold traffic behavior Bonus Points You've worked with supplement brands doing serious volume on Meta You can produce UGC-style AI video that feels authentic, not generated You understand funnel stages and tailor creatives accordingly You have ad performance data to back up your work (ROAS, CTR, CPC — we love numbers) Compensation & How This Works We run a structured hiring process. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid one-week test — this is a real, compensated engagement, not free work. The budget allocated covers one full week of collaboration. If the test goes well, we're looking to bring the right person on long-term. Compensation is based on your skills, experience, and — most importantly — the performance results you deliver. That said, the base salary starts at $2,000/month for 35 hours per week, with the potential to grow significantly based on ad performance. Top performers will be rewarded through performance-based bonuses and commissions. We're not looking for a vendor. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. What We're Looking For Someone obsessed with performance creative. You don't need a long resume — you need a portfolio that proves you know how to make people stop, read, and buy.
