Creative Multimedia Editor – Video, Motion Graphics, Audio & Photo Retouching

We are looking for a highly artistic and creative multimedia editor to produce polished, engaging, and professional videos for online courses and mentoring programs. The content is educational/ instructional — we need someone who can turn raw footage, screen recordings, and teaching material into clear, visually compelling, and student-friendly videos that maintain strong engagement and learning value. Key Responsibilities: • Creatively edit course and mentoring videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and visual flow to keep students engaged • Add motion graphics, animations, lower thirds, diagrams, and on-screen elements to explain concepts clearly (After Effects) • Professional audio cleanup, noise reduction, voiceover syncing, mixing, and sound design for clear instruction • Photo retouching, image enhancement, thumbnails, and graphic elements for course materials • Deliver high-quality final videos optimized for online platforms (clear, branded, with good color grading) Requirements: • Strong artistic/creative portfolio showing engaging video editing, especially educational, course, explainer, or mentoring-style content • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition (DaVinci Resolve a plus) • Experience making instructional content that is both visually appealing and easy to follow • Excellent eye for detail, timing, and educational pacing • Reliable communication and quick turnaround with feedback What We Value Most: Creativity that serves education — making complex topics visually interesting and easy to learn while keeping a professional, premium feel.
