Creative Strategist for Viral Poetry Brand (100M+ Monthly Views)

We're a fast-growing poetry brand reaching 100M+ views per month and 3.5M+ followers across social. We post slideshow content daily that turns our poetry into viral content. Right now the founder designs every slideshow personally. We are hiring our first Creative Strategist to take over the creative engine. You do NOT need to be a poetry fan for this role. The job is knowing what performs and enjoying making viral things. About the role: You will own our daily TikTok slideshow content: the concepts, what goes on every slide, and the creative direction for our photo editors. As the brand grows, you will also design our TikTok Shop video content and our slideshow content on instagram. You report directly to the founder and have real creative ownership from day one. What you will do: - Design and art-direct the creatives for our daily slideshow posts (hooks, layouts, text styling, imagery, and overall aesthetic) - Communicate daily with our photo editor. Write clear creative briefs, give feedback, and make sure every slideshow ships on time and on brand - Own the daily content calendar so we never miss a posting day - Research and review what works on our slideshows. Study our top performers, figure out why they won, and do more of it. - Research trends across TikTok and Instagram and adapt them to our brand - Test new slideshow concepts to keep the page fresh and growing - Design the creative direction for our TikTok Shop videos, including Hayley’s long-form poem content, as the role expands - Lead our expansion onto Instagram, adapting our winning slideshow formats into carousels Pay: $4500-$7000/month To apply: - Very quick intro: who you are and why this role (3 to 5 sentences, no cover letters) - Any Links to pages or accounts you have worked on, with your role and results - One slideshow creative you would do for tiktok, it should include a page from a book: Link a post on any platform you would replicate and write out the text for each slide, if you have a poem in mind you would use for this creative please include that as well (it can be from any book).
