Creative Video Editor / AI Content Creator We’re looking for a creative video editor who lives and breathes content, has strong editing skills, and knows how to turn a clear script into a strong video that looks great, feels right, and captures attention. This role is a good fit for someone with real experience creating short-form videos for social media, ads, and digital campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is not just technically good at editing, but also understands pacing, sound, visuals, subtitles, hooks, and what makes people stop scrolling. What You’ll Do Edit short-form videos for ads, social media, and campaigns Turn ready-made scripts and briefs into strong video creatives Work with existing footage, images, voiceovers, avatars, and AI-generated assets Create AI-based videos according to clear briefs Create videos both with AI tools and without AI, depending on the project Improve existing videos based on feedback Adapt videos for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels Work across multiple brands, industries, and creative styles Maintain a fast, organized, and detail-oriented workflow Who We’re Looking For Someone with proven experience editing short-form videos Strong skills in editing, pacing, visual storytelling, subtitles, and sound Ability to take a ready-made script and turn it into a professional, engaging video Understanding of how social content works, not just how to make a video look nice Experience working with AI tools for images, video, scenes, or avatars Ability to create both AI-assisted and non-AI videos Independent, responsible, sharp, and detail-oriented Comfortable receiving feedback and improving quickly Available for at least a part-time role
