I'm building a personal brand around one idea: clarity is leverage. Through a newsletter and a growing presence across Instagram, Threads, and YouTube, I create content that helps thoughtful, ambitious people think more clearly about their life and work. I have a clear voice and a working content engine already in place. The goal over the next stretch iis to grow the audience meaningfully across all of these channels. What I need is a strategic partner to help me sharpen the work, scale it, and stay consistent. The role This isn't a "write 10 captions and disappear" gig. I'm looking for someone who thinks like a strategist and can also roll up their sleeves on execution. You'll help me shape the content plan, develop ideas worth publishing, and build the kind of consistency that compounds over months, not days. What you'll actually do - Help shape a content strategy across the newsletter, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube, mapped to clear growth goals - Turn raw ideas, voice notes, and saved highlights into finished short-form content (posts, carousels, hooks, scripts) - Spot patterns in what's working and bring data-informed recommendations, not guesses - Develop content series and recurring formats that build a recognizable point of view - Keep the pipeline full and consistent so publishing never stalls - Bring fresh angles I haven't thought of and push back when something's off-brand Who you are - You've built or grown a personal brand (your own or a client's) and can show me the work - You understand short-form content and what makes people stop, save, and share - You can write in someone else's voice without losing your own judgment - You think strategically first and treat execution as the natural follow-through - You're reliable, self-directed, and comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks 🟢 Bonus: you're into in the personal growth, philosophy, or founder space and genuinely care about the ideas Why this is worth your time - You'll have real creative input on a brand with a clear voice and a defined mission, not a vague "make us go viral" brief.
