DTC Ecommerce Graphic Designer for Premium-Playful Glassware Brand

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to work with our ecommerce brand, Sassy Shots. Sassy Shots is a collectible lifestyle glassware brand for women who do not do boring. We sell personality-driven, display-worthy glassware made for gifting, hosting, bar carts, girls’ nights, and social moments. We are not looking for a basic Canva template designer. We need someone with strong taste, strong execution, and the ability to understand a brand system deeply. This will start with a paid test project. If it goes well, this can become ongoing long-term work. About the brand: Our brand should feel: * premium-playful * feminine * polished * colorful * collectible * giftable * social * display-worthy * warm * fun but still adult Our brand should NOT feel: * cheap * generic * childish * party-supply * overly corporate * basic Canva template * tacky novelty * cluttered * low-effort * scammy dropshipping We need someone who understands the difference between “cute” and “premium-cute.” What you’ll design: * Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad graphics * Static ad creatives * PDP/product page graphics * Website banners and Shopify section graphics * Email graphics * Launch graphics for new collections * Sticker designs * Packaging insert card designs * Care cards * Collection story cards * “Which one are you?” character cards * Social media graphics * Product mockups * Photo manipulation/compositing * Floating glass/product graphics * Clean product layouts * Branded promotional assets Must-have skills: * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Strong typography * Strong layout design * Ecommerce ad design * Product photo editing * Photo manipulation/compositing * Packaging/card design * Sticker design * Brand consistency * Social media design * Ability to create premium product graphics from existing product photos Bonus skills: * Figma * Canva * Shopify graphics * DTC ecommerce experience * Beauty, home, lifestyle, drinkware, gifting, or consumer brand experience * Meta ad creative experience * AI-assisted design workflows * Product mockup experience What we need from you: Please send: 1. The test may include one of the following: * 2 static Meta ad graphics using our product photos * 1 sticker concept for a collection * 1 packaging insert card design * 1 floating product/glass graphic * 1 PDP product graphic This will be paid. We are not asking for free work.
