DTC Video Editor (UGC/VSL) — AI-Skilled, Full-Time

**YOU NEED TO BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH FOR THIS JOB** We're a multi-person e-commerce team with several years of experience scaling DTC brands, and we're looking for a full-time video editor to own our UGC and VSL creative production. This role is central to our growth. You won't be editing in a vacuum — the creatives you cut go straight into paid traffic, and you'll see exactly how they perform. What you'll do: - Edit high-converting UGC and VSL ads for direct-response campaigns (primarily Meta) - Use AI generation tools to produce, enhance, and scale creative output - Iterate quickly on angles, hooks, and formats based on ad performance - Work closely with our creative and media-buying team What we're looking for: - Proven experience editing for DTC / e-commerce brands (this is a must) - A portfolio of edited videos — please include links, applications without one won't be reviewed - Strong command of AI video generation tools (Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, or similar) and Nano Banana for AI image generation - A sharp eye for pacing, retention, and what makes a direct-response ad convert - Full-time availability, able to work overlapping French business hours (CET) - Self-driven, fast, and comfortable in a high-output environment Open to men or women — what matters is skill and experience.
