ABOUT US We are an early stage startup scaling a massive lead generation engine. We operate as a business without borders team with a tech first culture. Industries: Solar and Travel. THE MISSION We need a creative, detail-oriented but result driven video editor, to take full ownership of our visual assets across the entire customer journey. Travel: We have baseline infrastructure ready. We need someone to refine these, make them easy and futureproof, and immediately start creating. You will create out of the box designs for our go to market strategy, working closely with our Viral Marketer and the COO. We value designs that convert over designs that are simply perfect. Solar: Start from scratch! WHAT YOU WILL DO - Social Media Ownership: Own visual assets for all social media channels we see fit for the brand to activate, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and others. - Consistency: Make sure branding stays completely consistent from the first ad a consumer sees on their feed to the final confirmation page. - Video Production: Slice, pace, and edit high impact reels, TikToks, and social ads from our raw database. Create hooks within the first 1.5 seconds to maximize retention. - Conversion Design: Design static and animated ad assets for viral marketing campaigns. Build visual elements for landing pages and multi step qualification funnels. - Branding: Refine our existing branding guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of use for the future. - Tech Stack: Use AI tools to accelerate workflows (we expect transparency on your usage). - Localized Market Calibration: Tune solar assets specifically to resonate with the nuances, property types, and consumer mindsets of the Spanish solar market. - Industry Infusion: Infuse real, authentic travel experience into our original travel sector assets to make sure our original concept looks credible to frequent flyers and adventurers. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT - Deep Portfolio: You have a proven portfolio showing complete customer journeys (ad creative + matching landing page) that you have personally executed. - Design Versatility: You have experience with Canva and all kinds of promotional materials. You can easily adapt and maintain our visual identity. - Vertical Expertise: You have distinct design or editing experience in both the Solar sector (specifically Spain) and the Travel industry. - Tool Transparency: You are fluent in modern editing ecosystems (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Figma) and can clearly explain your framework for using AI tools (like Runway, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs) to boost speed without losing quality. - Language: Business English and Spanish are mandatory. - Data-Driven Creative: You treat design as a variable in a testing framework. You are comfortable reviewing A/B test results in analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok Ads Manager) to iterate on visual assets, and you have experience using data to solve creative bottlenecks.
