We are looking to hire someone ASAP to help book Rachel Michaelov for speaking engagements, conferences, panels, webinars, podcasts, and industry events. Our goal is to secure a few speaking engagements each month, primarily in front of: Dentists and orthodontists Business owners and entrepreneurs Medical and professional practice owners High-income professionals Responsibilities include researching relevant opportunities, contacting event organizers, submitting speaker applications, pitching Rachel as a speaker, following up consistently, and helping secure confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate has experience booking speakers, working with event organizers, securing conference opportunities, or conducting high-level outreach. Dental or business-industry connections are a major plus.
