Summary

We are rebranding our conference rooms and would like each room to be named after a city (we will tell you them) We are looking for a designer to create a signage system that feels professional, modern, and cohesive with our office environment. Objective Design a series of conference room signs/plaque concepts that: Clearly identify each room by city name Create a distinctive and memorable office experience Feel polished and premium Deliverables We would like mockups showing: Conference room plaque/sign mounted beside the door Multiple design concepts/styles Examples using several city names Visualizations of how the signs would look in a real office setting Recommendations for materials, finishes, and production methods Design Direction We're open to creative ideas, but interested in concepts such as: Option A: Modern Minimalist Large city name Clean typography Simple plaque (metal, acrylic, or wood) Elegant and timeless Option B: City-Inspired City name paired with a subtle skyline silhouette Coordinates of the city Small iconographic element unique to the city Option C: Travel / Destination Theme Inspired by airport signage, transit systems, or wayfinding Modern and sophisticated, not overly themed Materials & Finishes Open to recommendations, but interested in: Brushed metal Matte acrylic Wood with engraved lettering Mixed-material premium finishes Audience & Brand Feel The office is a professional corporate environment. The signage should feel: Modern Sophisticated High-quality Welcoming Not overly playful or gimmicky Inspiration Keywords Success Criteria The final concept should: Make it easy for employees and visitors to identify rooms Add character to the office Create a cohesive visual system across all conference rooms Feel like a thoughtful extension of our brand and workspace each plaque could include the city name, coordinates, population, or a subtle map outline, creating a consistent "travel destinations" theme throughout the office.
