UI/UX Designer for SaaS App

About the Project We're building a multi-role SaaS web application. The product has 8 distinct user roles, each with their own dashboard and workflow. We have a clear product vision, user flows, and screen inventory — we need a skilled UI/UX designer to turn these into a polished, production-ready Figma design system. What You'll Design 8 role-based dashboards (distinct color identity per role) 40–50 screens total across all roles Responsive layouts (desktop-first, with mobile PWA screens for one role) A shared design system / component library in Figma (typography, colors, buttons, forms, tables, cards, modals) Light and dark theme variants (one role uses a dark theme) Skills Required Strong Figma proficiency (auto-layout, variants, components) Experience designing SaaS dashboards or data-heavy B2B apps Clean, professional UI — not flashy, highly functional Understanding of Indian UX patterns is a plus (UPI flows, GST-related screens) Ability to work from a brief and wireframes — no hand-holding needed What We Provide Detailed screen-by-screen brief for each role HTML wireframes / mockups for reference Color palette and role-specific branding guidelines Regular async feedback via Loom/chat Deliverables Figma file with all screens + master component library Mobile PWA screens (phone frame, 6 screens) Export-ready assets Timeline: 4–6 weeks Engagement: Fixed price, milestone-based To Apply Please share: 2–3 Figma links to past SaaS or dashboard projects A brief note on your design process for multi-screen products Your availability and estimated timeline Applications without portfolio links will not be considered.
