UI/UX Designer

We're hiring an experienced UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design experience for our software products. You'll be embedded in our development team, working directly with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant interfaces. What You'll Do Lead UX research, wireframing, and prototyping for cloud-native and SaaS products Design high-fidelity UI screens and interactive prototypes in Figma Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries Collaborate closely with developers during handoff and QA stages Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback What We're Looking For 4+ years of UI/UX design experience on digital products (web & mobile) Expert-level Figma skills; familiarity with design tokens and Dev Mode Experience designing for B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms is a strong plus Strong communication skills - you'll present work to senior stakeholders Portfolio required - show us products you've shipped, not just concepts Engagement: Long-term | Part-time to full-time based on fit / monthly commitment
