Digital Operations Manager / Operations Director

We are looking for the Operations Manager / Operations Director, who will lead a team and oversee our daily marketing operations. This is the role for you if you’re a leader who knows how to create order out of chaos, build smart and efficient processes and lead a team to deliver high-quality work to our clients on time and on budget. This is a part-time position, but it has the potential to become a full-time job. You'll be working approximately 20-30 hours per week (this might vary). The position is fully remote, and you can be located anywhere with some overlap with the EST time zone. We have a small but talented international team that you’ll be working with and overseeing. The Operations Manager / Director is a senior position in our company. You'll be working closely with the founders to ensure the company runs smoothly and clients are happy with our service. Responsibilities: Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task management Manage and coordinate marketing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met Streamline processes to improve productivity and quality of work Foster a positive team culture and maintain high team morale Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance and support Monitor key performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies Requirements: Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a marketing agency Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement If you think you’d be a good fit for this position, please respond with the word “operational” and explain why you’d be the perfect fit for this position.
