Drone Video Needed in Newark, NJ for Nonprofit Project

In search of an experienced drone operator who can get great arial shots of a few outdoor spaces in Newark, NJ that are being prepared to turn into gardens/parks for the community. This is a nonprofit initiative so our budget is limited but we will hire the right person for the right price if quality matches what we are looking for. I would ideally like to get before and after shots. The shoots should take about 2-3 hours each, the locations are very close to each other, pretty much walking distance, so there will not be major movement between sites. The projects will be breaking ground this summer at some point so no official shoot date is available yet.
