ElevenLabs AI Voice-Over Generator Specialist Needed for D2C Ads

We are looking for a dedicated AI voice-over specialist who can take full ownership of our voice-over generation process using ElevenLabs. We are not new to AI voice-over generation. Our team works with voice-over generation every day, and we already know what is needed to make it sound good. The problem is that right now, our video editors are generating the voice-overs themselves, and that is not the best use of their time or skill set. We want to move this into the hands of someone who truly understands quality. We need someone who can generate voice-overs consistently, quickly, and at a very high level. But this role is not about just clicking “generate” and sending the first result. We need someone who has a strong ear. Someone who can hear when an AI voice-over sounds slightly robotic, flat, rushed, unnatural, badly paced, too clean, too fake, or simply not convincing enough. Someone who is willing to regenerate, adjust, test, compare, and refine until the voice-over actually feels right. We believe our creative quality can improve massively if voice-overs are handled with more attention. The right voice, tone, pacing, emotion, and delivery can completely change how a video feels. That is why we want someone focused only on this part of the creative process. What you will do: - Generate AI voice-overs using ElevenLabs - Work with scripts and video concepts from our team - Test different voices, tones, speeds, emotions, and delivery styles - Regenerate voice-overs until the quality is genuinely strong - Make sure the voice-over matches the creative, country, audience, and angle - Deliver clean, organized voice-over files to our video editors - Take full responsibility for voice-over quality so our editors no longer have to do this themselves What we are looking for: - You have real experience with ElevenLabs or similar AI voice-over tools - You understand that high-quality AI voice-over is not just about the tool - You have a very strong ear for natural delivery, emotion, pacing, and pronunciation - You are detail-oriented and quality-obsessed - You are patient enough to redo a voice-over multiple times until it sounds right - You do not settle for “good enough” - You can work a few hours per week consistently - You can move fast without lowering quality This is an ongoing role.
