Email Deliverability Expert Needed: Fix 2% Open Rates & Technical Setup (Zoho Campaigns)

We are looking for a seasoned Email Deliverability Expert to diagnose and recover our sender reputation. Over the last 2 years, our open rates in Zoho Campaigns have plummeted to a critical 2%, indicating severe deliverability issues or domain blacklisting. Key Objectives: Audit & Diagnostic: Identify why our emails are hitting Spam/Trash folders (Technical vs. Content vs. List Quality). Authentication Fix: Review and properly configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (including BIMI if applicable) for our sending domains. Reputation Recovery: Provide a roadmap to "warm up" our domain again and remove us from any blacklists. Compliance: Ensure we meet the 2024 Google/Yahoo sender requirements to avoid permanent blocking. Requirements: Proven experience fixing low open rates in Zoho Campaigns. Deep understanding of SMTP, ESP feedback loops, and postmaster tools. Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
