Email Designer for DTC Ecommerce Brands (Figma + AI)

We're an email and retention marketing agency working with DTC ecommerce brands. We're looking for a skilled email designer to join us on an ongoing basis to design emails for our clients. What you'll do ⤵️ - Design email campaigns and flow emails - Work in Figma to produce clean, conversion-focused, on-brand designs - Use AI tools heavily to create visuals, especially when a brand has limited existing assets. You should be comfortable generating images and assets with AI and making polished emails out of very little What we need from you ⤵️ - Strong proficiency in Figma (this is non-negotiable) - Strong experience with AI image generation and AI design tools. This is a core part of the role. - Photoshop skills are a plus - Conversational English - Experience designing for beauty brands is a plus, but not required if your work is strong - A link to a portfolio showing your best email designs.
