English Moderator（Google material design）

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced bilingual (English & Chinese) research moderator to conduct a 2-hour expert interview related to Android Design Language and Material Design evolution. The discussion will focus on Android design strategy, Material Design (M1/M2/M3/M3 Expressive), design systems, UX methodology, ecosystem design, and future AI-driven interfaces. The interviewee is a former Google design professional with direct experience in Material Design. Requirements We are looking for someone who: 1. Is fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken) 2. Has experience moderating in-depth interviews, executive interviews, or UX research interviews 3. Has a strong understanding of design systems, UX/UI design, product design, or design language frameworks 4. Is able to quickly understand a detailed discussion guide and facilitate a professional conversation 5. Can ask insightful follow-up questions and keep the discussion structured Preferred Background Experience in one or more of the following areas: Android Design / Material Design Design Systems UX Research Product Design Google Material Design ecosystem Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Preparation: A briefing session and discussion guide will be provided before the interview. We expect the moderator to review the materials and attend a short preparation meeting beforehand. Deliverables Moderate a 2-hour online interview Facilitate discussion based on the provided guide Ask follow-up questions where appropriate Ensure coverage of key discussion topics Please include: Relevant moderation/interview experience Experience with UX, design systems, Android, or Material Design (if any) English and Chinese language proficiency Availability for the interview time above Hourly rate or fixed fee We are looking to make a decision quickly due to the project timeline.
