Event Photographer Needed — Corporate Signing Ceremony (Dubai, Same-Day Edited Delivery)

We are looking for a professional event photographer to cover a corporate signing ceremony in Dubai on 24th June. The event will run for approximately two to three hours maximum. This is a press event — the images will be shared with media outlets and used across our official channels — so a polished, editorial standard is essential. We need someone confident shooting formal corporate settings, capturing the signing moment, the handshake and exchange of documents, portraits of the two signatories and key guests, group photos, candid coverage of the ceremony and reception, and detail shots of the branded setup and backdrop. The key requirement is a fast turnaround: we need a minimum of five high-quality edited images delivered on the same day of the event for immediate press distribution, followed by the full edited set of images with 2-3 days, with all RAW/unedited images handed over afterwards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in corporate, event, or PR photography, professional camera equipment with lighting suitable for an indoor venue, strong and fast editing skills to meet the same-day deadline, and is punctual, presentable, and based in or able to travel to Dubai on the event date.
