Event Videographer & Photographer Needed – Savannah, GA (July 21) MUST BE SAVANNAH-BASED (OR ABLE TO TRAVEL WITHOUT ADDITIONAL EXPENSE) AND AVAILABLE ON TUESDAY, JULY 21 We are seeking a talented event videographer and photographer to capture high-quality video and photo content for a client's speaking engagement and awards ceremony at the Community Development Society's Annual Conference, held at Georgia Southern University – Armstrong Campus. Our client will be presenting at 10:00 am and receiving the Innovation Award at that evening's Awards Banquet & Live Auction (6:30 pm – 8:30 pm). Please note this is two separate call times within the same day. You will not be required to stay on site between the morning session and the evening banquet. Compensation covers up to 5 hours total across both events. The ideal candidate has experience shooting and editing event and conference-style footage, with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and capturing key moments as they happen. Your portfolio should showcase previous work demonstrating your ability to create engaging, polished content from live events. Responsibilities: - Provide and manage photography equipment for the morning presentation and, separately, the evening awards banquet - Film and photograph the client's speaking session (10:00 am) - Film and photograph the Awards Banquet & Live Auction, including the Innovation Award presentation (6:30 pm – 8:30 pm) - Deliver edited video and photo assets in a timely manner post-event We look forward to collaborating with a creative professional who can help bring this milestone moment to life through video and photography.
