# Experienced Figma Designer Needed for Final Book Formatting Polish — 500 Pages / 5-Day Deadline

We are looking for an experienced **Figma designer** to help finalize the design consistency and formatting of a nearly completed educational book. The book is already designed and mostly complete. We do **not** need someone to redesign the entire project from scratch. We just need a skilled designer with a strong eye for detail to **uniform the design**, polish the layout, correct inconsistencies, and prepare the file for the editing/review stage. ## Project Overview: * Book length: approximately **500 pages** * Current status: design is already created in Figma * Need: final formatting polish, layout uniformity, spacing, alignment, typography consistency, and visual cleanup * Deadline: must be completed within **5 days maximum** * Final goal: prepare the book so it can be sent to the editors * Availability to start in about 3 days, because we are finishing certain pages. ## What Needs to Be Done The selected designer will review the full Figma file and help with: * Making page layouts consistent throughout the book * Uniforming typography, headings, spacing, margins, and sections * Checking alignment of text, images, diagrams, vocabulary sections, and labels * Cleaning up inconsistencies between pages * Improving visual flow where needed * Ensuring the book looks professional, clean, and ready for final editing * Keeping the existing design style intact ## Important This is **not a full redesign project**. The book already has its design direction. We need someone who can quickly understand the existing style and make the entire file feel consistent and polished. ## Ideal Candidate You should be: * Highly experienced with **Figma** * Detail-oriented and fast * Strong with typography, spacing, alignment, and layout systems * Comfortable working with long documents or large design files * Able to follow an existing design style without overcomplicating it * Reliable with deadlines * Available to start immediately Experience with books, workbooks, educational materials, PDFs, or publishing layouts is a strong plus. ## Timeline This project must be completed within **5 days**.
