Summary

We are looking for individuals who can create Meta Ads with AI that convert Must-haves: 1) You know the latest winning ads from all the biggest brands (you are on top of your game) 2) You're a master in Higgsfield, Fal AI, or any similar tool for creating AI content 3) You're driven to make the best-converting ads (you take pride in beating your own numbers & want to always be the best) 4) Short form video editing experience with CapCut or similar tool Payment structure: 1) $35 per video, fixed fee, paid on delivery regardless of performance 2) $350 bonus per winning creative, a winner = an ad that reaches 5,000+ in spend on Meta 3) No cap on bonuses, the more winners you make, the more you earn 4) We take care of the AI credits costs, you work on our company account About us: 1) Running DTC brands in skincare & supplements (EU/US market) 2) We help you win by sharing what 7-figure+ brands in our niche run right now + the courses and resources to master the latest AI tools 3) Young & extreme ambitious team who wants to be number one
