Experienced Xero Bookkeeper Needed (Ongoing Weekly Work) We are looking for an experienced and reliable bookkeeper to assist with ongoing weekly bookkeeping. Responsibilities: * Weekly bank reconciliation in Xero * Creating and sending invoices * Following up outstanding invoices and overdue payments * Communicating professionally with myself and customers * Chasing overdue accounts and maintaining debtor follow-up * Providing a simple weekly report and update to me Requirements: * Extensive experience and proficiency with Xero * Experience working with Australian businesses and customers * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable communicating directly with both myself and clients * Experience managing accounts receivable and debt collection * Reliable, proactive and able to work independently * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills We are based in Australia and looking for someone who is responsive, communicates well and can become a trusted part of our team.
